1. 🛠️ Service Scope
We provide doorstep repair services for home appliances including LED TVs, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, and Microwave Ovens in Bangalore.
Our technicians inspect, diagnose, and repair appliances based on the information provided by the customer.
We repair appliances of all brands and models, but we are not affiliated with any manufacturer.
2. 💰 Inspection and Charges
A standard inspection and visiting fee of ₹299 applies per service visit.
This fee is charged only after customer consent at the time of booking.
Repair costs for parts and labor will be communicated after inspection and must be approved before proceeding.
All payments must be completed as per the agreed terms.
3. 🔧 Warranty and Guarantee
We provide a warranty on repairs depending on the type of service and parts replaced. Warranty details will be communicated at the time of service.
Warranty covers only the repaired parts and workmanship under normal usage.
Any damage due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized repairs voids the warranty.
4. ⏰ Service Timing and Delays
We strive to provide timely service as scheduled.
Customer Care India is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, availability of parts, or force majeure events.
Customers will be notified of any significant delays as soon as possible.
5. ❗ Liability Limitations
Customer Care India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance repair or service delays.
We do not guarantee the longevity of repaired appliances beyond the warranty period.
Customers are responsible for backing up any data or settings on electronic appliances before service.
6. 📱 Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the appliance and issue.
Access to the appliance and safe working conditions at the service location must be ensured.
Customers should inform us of any additional issues discovered during service.
7. 🔒 Privacy and Data
We collect only necessary personal details (name, contact number, address, and appliance details) to provide and manage our services.
We do not use cookies or third-party tracking on our website.
